Dear Debbie and family,
So sorry to hear about your loss. Johnny was our neighbour and friend while growing up in Wawa. He was a fun loving, adventurous, free spirited young man. His winsome smile and happy go lucky attitude endeared him to me and my family. It is hard to believe that he is gone. May God comfort you in your grief. With deepest sympathy.

Johnny ,It has been over 40 years since I had the priviledge to skate down the right side, Smitty God bless at centre, and you streaking down the left wing as a young rookie superstar with The Windsor Spitfires. Two years as a line and a lot of fond memories. You were loved by all SPITS fans and every member of both those teams. Thanks for those memories. You certainly were the catalyst of both the 73/74 and the 74/75 Spitfire teams before moving on to The Greyhounds where you continued to be successful and made me look like the rookie playing against you.We had not crossed paths for sometime however I still look back to those years and smile as memories are forever. My condolences to the entire family.
