KOHTALA, Eric “Rick” – Passed away unexpectedly at his home in Manitouwadge on Saturday September 22, 2018 at the age of 70.   Husband and best friend of Joyce.  Devoted dad of Kerri (Roland) and Kurtis (Joanne).  Proud grandpa of Spencer, Connor and Kassidy.  Dear son of the late Henry and Ellen Kohtala.  Loving brother of Karl (Kathy).  Uncle of Kristopher and Kevin.  At Rick’s request there will be a private Celebration of Life held at a later date.  Cremation has taken place at the River’s Edge Cremation Centre, Sault Ste. Marie.  If so desired, a memorial donation made to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.  (Arrangements entrusted to the P.M.
