RAPOSO, Antonio – (July 11th, 1936-December 30th, 2024) - A resident of Chapleau, passed away peacefully at the Bignucolo Residence at the age of 88 years.

Son of the late Antonio and Carolina Raposo. Antonio was loved by his children 
Sharon, Anthony (Sandra), Eleanor (Steven), Timothy (Tracy) and the late Edgar.
Remembered by his grandchildren Corey, Tammy, Brittany, Anthony, Andrew, Michael, Jessica, Robin, Joshua, Jordan, Brandy, Timothy, Ryan, Nicholas, Noah, Martina and Mark and his great grandchildren Tristan, Gareth, Finnley, Lila, Elijah and Arved. He is predeceased by his siblings Telma, Carolina and Elenora. He will be remembered by his nieces, nephews and friends.

Tony will be remembered for the great stories of his adventures on the open seas and his many years of railroading. His passion for the entertainment of wrestling which he often took to the next level and the pride he had for the communities he lived in Sultan and Chapleau.

Family and friends are invited to gather for a Funeral Mass at Sacred Heart Church on Monday January 6, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. with Reverend Ben Nshikita officiating. A spring interment will be held at the Chapleau Municipal Cemetery.
