A dear family friend and good friend of my fathers. Anyone growing up in White River knew Joe. Always happy and had a smile on his face and always willing to lend a hand to those who needed it. So glad I got to visit with Joe the last couple of times in White River, well as I have every time I was in town. He will be truly missed. Rest in peace my dear friend.
