Obituary of Alcide Godin

GODIN, Alcide - It's with our great sadness that we announce that Alcide Godin passed away at his home in Marathon, Ontario with his family by his side on Wednesday March 22, 2023.

He is survived by his wife Paulette, his daughter Rachel and sons Rob (Ronda) and Al (Nancy), his grandkids Cierra, Sawyer, Luc and Mathieu and by Andrew McKnight.

We would like to thank the paramedics, Brian Brock and Darryl Semeniuk as well as the OPP constables who responded.

Alcide enjoyed the outdoors and spent his summers camping, fishing and working in his garage.

At his request, cremation has taken place at River’s Edge Cremation Centre, Sault Ste. Marie. There will be a celebration of life in New Liskeard in May.
