VILLENEUVE, Jean-Pierre – Passed away on Thursday May 30, 2019, Jean-Pierre Villeneuve, of Marathon passed away at the age of 65 years.
He was born in Montreal on October 8, 1953 to the late Jean-Marc Villeneuve and Therese Hebert. Jean-Pierre leaves behind his wife of 35 years, Catherine Sullivan, and his three children, Patrick Gerald of Timmins, Valerie Berthe of Marathon and Nadine Alexandra of Timmins. He is also survived by his five grandsons, Kayden, Ryelan, Lucas, TJ, and Eddie, in addition to his sister and brother Suzanne and Jean-Yves, respectively.
He was a fearless high school teacher of sciences and maths. He taught almost 30 years, in Chapleau, and then Marathon.
Cremation took place and private family services were held.
A Memorial Tree was planted for Jean-Pierre
