Obituary of Gunne Weber

WEBER, Gunne – Passed away peacefully at the Bignucolo Residence, Chapleau on Wednesday, August 31, 2022 at the age of 86 years.

Predeceased by Wolfgang Weber. Loving mother of Karen (Ali Besi), Michele (Lin Cai) and Ingo (Renee Weber). Devoted and cherished Oma to Jeanie (Reece), Zoe, Tarik, Cameron, Alia, Liam, Emily and Ayda. Proud great grandmother of Lydia and Magnolia. She was predeceased by her four siblings and is survived by her brother-in-law Doug and his children.

At her request, cremation has taken place at River’s Edge Cremation Centre, Sault Ste. Marie. A Celebration of her Life will be held at the Farm in Bruce Township on Saturday October 8, 2022 from 2:00 p.m. If desired, you are welcome to make a memorial donation to the Alzheimer Society or to plant a tree in her memory.

The family would like to send a thank you to all of the staff at the Bignucolo Residence and at the Chapleau Health Services for their loving care given to Gunne.
