This just breaks my heart. Spike, Jacinda and Derek, growing up as neighbours and friends, your mom ( and Kenny ) were always so kind and sweet to me. You know yourself, she was a super woman in many many ways.
She loved you all so much and was always proud when talking about her grandchildren. A very calming soul, wise and nonjudgmental. We would often meet in the blueberry trails, walking our dogs, we would pick up in conversation like it was just yesterday.
I just did the math - wow Shirley you sure aged well lol - always a beauty, even as a child I admired your beauty.
Rest easy my friend.
