COSTIGAN, Patrick- Passed away at the Wilson Memorial General Hospital on Sunday March 28, 2021 at the age of 69 years.
He is survived by his wife Carol, his son Aaron (Diana), his daughter Natalie and grandchildren Taea, Brady, Sawyer, Aubree and Sophie . Also surviving him is his mother Mary, his brothers Cyril, Tom (Karen) and Jim, his sisters Theresa (Larry), Marion (Frank), Viola (Allan) and Rosaline (Cary). He is predeceased by his father Cyril and brother Raymond. Patrick is survived by his numerous nieces and nephews.
As per his wishes there will be no funeral services. Cremation has taken place at River's Edge Cremation Centre, Sault Ste. Marie.
Memorial donations made to the Alzheimer Society would be greatly appreciated by the family.
