I'm so saddened to hear of Collette's passing. She and her brother, Proddy, touched my life deeply when I worked for Pukaskwa. I'll never forget her laugh, smile, and fabulous rice pudding after a Sweatlodge ceremony. Her teachings remain in my heart. I pray the community remains strong and continues to flourish in tradition and story-telling through the generations.
