In 1990 when Lori came to Wawa she became my boss at the Tourist Centre. Our families hosted her and we always call her "our Lori". I feel fortunate to have worked for Lori as an employee and volunteer. Our Community was definitely fortunate to have this young wonderful person choose our town. Even though our paths didn't always keep us in touch when we saw each other from time to time there was still that respect and friendship. Lori gave so much of herself to Wawa and other communities with the assistance of her family. What a wonderful person who showed us a great example of how to live. I feel so thankful that we had a visit recently and I was able to tell her how I appreciated what she has given to Wawa. God be with Lori and her family, friends, and co-workers.

Will really miss Lori. She was an incredibly kind and generous person as well as a tremendous champion of tourism. One of a kind really doesn't speak to Lori's character and commitment.

My thoughts and prayers are with Lori's Family, Friends and Co Workers. I had the pleasure of working with Lori over the past many years as the Molson Coors rep in Wawa. Lori was always a true professional and a person you could trust and rely on. I was always impressed with the various fundraising and projects that Lori managed to put together, all for the better, for the town of Wawa. Lori Johnson was a huge Ambassador for Wawa and will be missed by all. You battled hard Lori, Rest In Peace.
