Obituary of Savella Korytko

KORYTKO; Sylvia (Savella) -  Passed away peacefully at the Lady Dunn Health Centre with her family by her side on Wednesday May 17, 2017 at the age of 78 years.  Beloved wife of the late Metro Korytko.  Cherished mother of Maryann Wolstenholme, Anthony Korykto, Paul Korykto, late Diane Stewart (Tim), Linda Frizzell (Danny), Donna Korytko (Jeff Amos) and Connie Korytko.  Proud gramma of Lisa, Kodi, Mark, Anthony Jr., Tim Jr., Tyler, Jesse, Rachael and Meghan.  Great gramma of Taylor, Megan, Caleigh and Carter.  Dear daughter of the late Anna (nee Stefanuik) and Leon Mazurkewich.  Dear sister of Olga, Emily, Leo, Andrew, Elias, late Bill, late Mike, late Phyllis, late Sophie, late Stella, late Anna, late Orest, late Paul and late Bodham.  A private family memorial service will be held on Tuesday May 23, 2017.  Cremation at River’s Edge Cremation Centre, Sault Ste. Marie.  If desired, memorial donations made to Lady Dunn Health Centre Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.  The family would like to send a special thank you to Dr. Julie Weinstein, Troy Dereski and Sherri Egan for the care Sylvia received at the hospital.  Also, a special thank you to Dr. Michael Cotterill, Dr. Erle Kirby and Rochelle Parsons for the ongoing care and compassion shown to Sylvia.  Finally, a thank you to “her girls” at the Canadian Red Cross.
