SMITH, Francis “Bud” – Peacefully and comfortably at the Lady Dunn Health Centre on Thursday October 6, 2016 at the age 94 years. Beloved husband of Frances “Fritz” for 51 years. Loving and cherished father of the late Emy (Phil), Vicky (Hank), Sara (Pat), Francy, Henry and Nelson (Sue). Bud will be lovingly remembered by his many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Dear brother of Edith, the late Helen, the late Tom and the late Bill. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. He will be remembered by many his many friends. A Celebration of Bud’s life will be held at the Wawa Goose Senior Drop-in Centre (Broadway Avenue) on Wednesday October 12th, beginning at 12:00 noon. Memorial donations made to the Wawa Goose Senior Drop-in Centre would be greatly appreciated by the family. The family would like to send a special thank you to Dr. Erle Kirby, the nurses and all of the staff at the Lady Dunn Health Centre for their wonderful care of Bud.
