LAVOIE, Mario - Est décédé paisiblement au Lady Dunn Health Centre le mardi 9 juin 2026, à l’âge de 71 ans.

Époux bien-aimé de Lynne. Père adoré de Stéphan (Laurianne), Mélanie, Nathan (Daphne) et Cindy. Grand-papa fier de Cindy (Graham), Jeremy (Didh), Jean‑Luc (Emerine), Roch, Jason (Ashley), Alexa (Anthony), Rayanne, Charlie, Aiden et Evan. Arrière‑grand‑papa de Jake, Zackael, Savannah et Teagan. Fils de feue Cécile et de feu Philippe Lavoie. Cher frère de Christiane, Chantale, Danielle, Line, feu Réginald, Jean, Denis et José. Oncle de nombreux neveux et nièces.

Mario aimait la pêche, la chasse et passer du temps avec sa famille. 

La crémation a eu lieu au River’s Edge Cremation Centre, Sault Ste. Marie. Les amis peut se présenter à l’église Ste‑Cécile le samedi 25 juillet 2026, de 10 h jusqu’à la messe commémorative à 11 h, présidée par le Révérend Joe Okamba.

LAVOIE, Mario – Passed away peacefully at the Lady Dunn Health Centre on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at the age of 71 years.

Beloved husband of Lynne. Loving father of Stéphan (Laurianne), Melanie, Nathan (Daphne), and Cindy. Proud grandfather of Cindy (Graham), Jeremy (Didh), Jean-Luc (Emerine), Roch, Jason (Ashley), Alexa (Anthony), Rayanne, Charlie, Aiden, and Evan. Great grandfather of Jake, Zackael, Savannah and Teagan. Son of the late Cecile and Philippe Lavoie. Dear brother of Christiane, Chantale, Danielle, Line, late Reginald, Jean, Denis and Jose. Uncle of many nieces and nephews.

Mario enjoyed fishing, hunting and spending time with his family.

Cremation took place at River’s Edge Cremation Centre, Sault Ste. Marie. Friends may visit at Ste-Cecile Church on Saturday July 25, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. until time of the memorial mass at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Joe Okamba officiating.
